Funeral services for Shirley Helen Phelps, 88, of Bayard, will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at the United Methodist Church in Bayard.  Inurnment will follow the service at Highland Township Cemetery near Bayard.

     A visitation and brunch will be held in the fellowship hall of the United Methodist Church in Bayard on Saturday from 11 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. prior to the funeral service.

     In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Bayard Library or the Bayard United Methodist Church.
