Freshman Grace Bleckwehl wraps up her freshman season with the West Central Valley Wildcats receiving an honorable mention on the West Central Activities Conference team. Bleckwehl would be the Wildcats ace pitcher this season, ending the season with a 8-2 record while pitching for 91 2/3 innings.

Bleckwehl would find success on both sides of the ball, ending the season with 28 hits, ranking third in hit leaders on the Wildcat squad with 18 RBIs as well. Bleckwehl would also find success on the base path, stealing five basses on five attempts, coming in to score 24 times.

The Wildcats will have their annual end of season banquet where the Wildcats will turn in their uniforms and receive their end of season awards. The awards banquet will take place on August 11th at 6pm at the WCV High School Commons.
