Becca Anderson has been named to the Iowa Girls Coaches Association Softball All-State Third Team in Class 3A. Anderson, a junior, was the shortstop and number three hitter for Coach Tom Kennedy’s Greene County Rams. After missing the entire 2024 season recovering from knee surgery, Anderson solidified the infield and batting order for the 16-12 Rams. The 2025 season saw a 12 game improvement in the win column from 2024.

She batted .386 with 23 runs batted in, 22 runs scored, two home runs, two triples, and six doubles. Anderson earlier was named a first team selection in the Heart of Iowa Activities Conference and was on the 3A All-District team.
