3:22am: A deputy and Jefferson Fire removed a tree from the roadway on Neola Avenue near 330th Street.

6:51pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

7:06pm: A deputy investigated a dog running at large complaint in the 600 block of Dudley Street, Churdan.

9:13pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 500 block of Jefferson Street, Scranton.

10:42pm: The Sheriff and deputies investigated a domestic on 140th Street near N Avenue.

11:04pm: The Sheriff and deputies assisted the Jefferson Police Department with an arrest in the 100 block of North Maple Street, Jefferson. Brandon Turner 38 of Scranton was arrested for OWI 1st offense.

11:16pm: Brandon Turner 38 of Scranton was booked into the jail for OWI 1st offense.

Thursday, July 31st

12:17am: The Sheriff and deputy arrested Zachariah Van 20 of Missouri for public intoxication in the 1700 block of North Elm Street, Jefferson

1:14am: Zachariah Van 20 of Missouri was booked into the jail for public intoxication.
