Two players from the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Softball Team are being recognized at the state level for their performances.

Tiger junior Lauren Hagedorn was named to the Class 4A First Team All-State Team by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union. Sophomore Kinzie Maxwell was awarded the Second Team honors, as both squads feature additional players from the Raccoon River Conference including Carlisle freshman Chloe Roling, North Polk senior Ava Husak, Gilbert junior Katie Sniezek, and Winterset senior Zoey Breeding. 

Hagedorn and Maxwell were celebrated by grabbing First Team All-Conference for their consistent play all season long. They led ADM to a 29-9 record and third place in Class 4A.
