
The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.
The council will review and possibly take action on a resolution for a Professional Services Agreement with Bolton and Menk for phase one of the downtown improvements.
Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a resolution to authorize the return of unutilized funds on the General Aviation Vertical Infrastructure Airport Program Contract Number, accepting a contract number for the CDBG Upper Story Housing Conversion Grant, a pay application for the Iowa Street Stormwater Wetland project, a resolution authorizing the adoption of the Guardian Angel Personal Safety Light Policy to the Personal Protective Equipment Policy for city employees, and a resolution authorizing the publication of public notice for the council’s intention to fill a vacancy by appointment.
The council will also hold a first reading for an ordinance to amend the code for chapter 116 on the Perry Municipal Airport. The meeting will be held inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry on Monday at 6pm.
