With the Wildcat football season quickly approaching and the high school football camp beginning tonight at the West Central Valley football field, cheer tryouts also are held today for the upcoming Wildcat football season. The football cheer sessions will be held today at the WCV High School weight room and the high school gym.

The football cheerleading tryouts begin this afternoon at 4pm and will be held all day until 9pm. The Wildcat football cheerleading squad have their first official taste of action on Friday, August 29th when the Wildcat football team travels to Greenfield to Nodaway Valley High School to face off against the Nodaway Valley Wolverines for opening day.

Cheerleading tryouts begin today at WCV from 4-9pm at the WCV Weight Room and Gym.
