Mark & Jennifer Miller collaborated with Shine On Design in Jefferson to create clothing marking the uniqueness of the Saturday, Aug. 30 college football game between the U. of South Dakota Coyotes and the Iowa State Cyclones in Ames. The Miller’s are the parents of sixth year ISU offensive lineman Tyler Miller and USD’s third year tight end Jesse Miller. Not only is it unusual for the same family to have one NCAA Division I football player, but they have two, and their sons’ teams are going against each other in a non-conference game. It will be ISU’s second game after meeting Kansas State in Ireland on Aug. 23, while the Aug. 30 contest is the season opener for USD.

There are t-shirts and sweatshirts for sale and orders can be placed on the Miller Family Facebook page or with Shine On Design. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Greene County Rams football program. Tyler is a 2020 Greene County grad while Jesse graduated from Greene County in 2023.
