Kevin Miller, age 35, 802 E County Line Road, Des Moines, was arrested for being a Fugitive From Justice.  He was also arrested on a warrant for Operating while Under The Influence. 

Madison Walter, age 29, 7037 Dakota Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested for Violation Of Probation Terms. 

Peter Aringu, Omaha, was traveling in the 19000 block of Jewel Circle when he lost control on a curve and went into a ditch, hitting a tree.  Mr. Aringu was transported to the hospital by EMS for evaluation of any injuries.  Damage was estimated at $20000.  The vehicle was towed from the scene. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
