The Dallas County Conservation Board is encouraging people to take a survey to help them shape how they’ll plan future programs.

Director Curt Cable tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the survey is a “Strategic Plan” to gather feedback about their facilities and why people visit the conservation areas. He outlines that the data given from the survey will help steer decision-making with where to elevate programs and just how to better serve the community overall.

Cable states the survey shouldn’t take too long to complete, as the average time is between five and eight minutes, as there are some open-ended questions to answer. He adds that the deadline to participate in the survey will be on Sunday, August 10th. The link to the survey can be found by clicking here.
