Tom Kennedy is the Greene County Rams head softball coach. Among the many improvements he saw during the 16-12 season in 2025 was an improvement in hand strength as it relates to hitting the ball.

Caden Duncan is the Rams’ strength and conditioning coordinator and he commented about that with Raccoon Valley Radio. “A lot of that has to do with your forearms, the inside and outside of your forearms and just overall arm strength. Probably a little bit of core strength, too, because that’s where a lot of it originates, but just overall getting stronger and getting to be more explosive.”

Duncan was one of the guests last night on the PM Sports Magazine KG98 Edition, along with 2023 Greene County High School graduate Jesse Miller, now a third year tight end at the U. of South Dakota.
