A Nebraska man pled guilty to an amended charge from a 2016 incident that happened in Greene County.
According to court documents, 28-year-old Tre Wilson pled guilty to an amended charge of a serious misdemeanor for fourth degree criminal mischief and was ordered to pay over $600 in fines, surcharges and court costs, along with an undisclosed amount of victim restitution.
The charge stemmed from an incident on April 10, 2016 when then 19-year-old Wilson was seen outside of a Jefferson business kicking and punching the victim’s vehicle following a verbal argument. Law enforcement in Aurora, Nebraska identified Wilson from a photo that the Jefferson Police Department Facebook page had posted.
Court documents show the original charge was a Class D Felony for second degree criminal mischief.
