The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Softball Team is coming off third place for Class 4A in 2025, but has a lot of promise for the future.
The Tigers graduated three seniors of Aniston Tollari, Kennedy Stanford, and Madi James. ADM Head Coach Lindsay Stanford is sad to see them go, but realizes that there are a lot of talented girls returning in 2026. She explains that their program is special because the junior varsity and varsity teams practice alongside each other, resulting in girls developing quicker in order to be ready for their number to be called.
Stanford stresses to the girls that no spot is safe, and can be taken away if another player is showing signs of growth. She mentions that multiple players had more time on varsity this past season with freshmen Aubrey Noring and Elliotte Von Roden, who made key plays over the course of the year. Other major players returning next season include Lauren Hagedorn, Makenna Pitlick, Ellis Smith, and Kinzie Maxwell.
