Perry football hits the road on Friday to close out their lone week of camp.  The Bluejays will be joining 16 other teams at the Southern Iowa Team Football Camp in Creston.

Perry will get live reps against two opponents at the camp.  The Bluejays will share the field with Red Oak and Panorama.

The rules of the scrimmages are widely dependent on the coaches.  Three sets of 12 plays each side of the ball. 12 consecutive plays are guaranteed regardless of the outcome of the previous play.  Ball carriers are live, but no touch on the quarterback.

Josh Vannornam and the squad have participated in 7 on 7 camps throughout the summer, but this will be the first time with live reps since the end of last season.

Red Oak is coming off a 2-7 season while Panorama went 1-7.
