Photos belong to the Perry School District

An instructor from the Perry Community School District was recently recognized at the state level.

Musical Director Jenn Hillman was given an award from the Iowa Choral Directors Association (ICDA) at the 50th Music Symposium in Pella in the second half of July. According to the Perry School District, Hillman was honored for her outstanding work at the high school level to support students’ love of music in the classroom and in extracurricular opportunities. She was granted the award for ICDA’s South Central District.
