Head coach of the Panorama Panthers cross country teams Greg Thompson shared his excitement on having seven members on this year’s boys cross country team.

“What’s exciting about the boys team is, we don’t usually get to talk about boys team scores so I’m going to throw this out there, but we actually have seven High School boys this year and last year we only had four. We had five at one meet but finished the season with four and now we have seven guys on the cross country team. But they’re showing a lot of potential and ability that I think we can have a solid team. I don’t think they’re probably state meet ready, but they’re going to be a very solid team.”

Panorama’s season opener is just over two weeks away, with the first meet of the season scheduled for Thursday, August 28th.
