A crash occurred between multiple vehicles just outside the Perry city limits, leaving one in rough shape, on Tuesday.

Law enforcement and first responders blocked off the intersection of Iowa Highway 141 and Willis Avenue, going westbound. The section that was shut down to the public showed a silver SUV parallel to Willis Avenue and a black Dodge Ram Truck close to the median, which appeared to be turning left from Highway 141 to Willis Avenue. The SUV took significant damage to the front bumper and passenger side.

There were also two other vehicles, a white Chevy Camaro and a semi-truck, that were sitting on the side of the road, facing west on Highway 141, but at this time it is unclear whether they were involved in the crash. The Perry and Bouton Fire Department, the Perry Police Department, and the Dallas County Emergency Medical Services were on the scene. Raccoon Valley Radio will bring you more information as it becomes official.
