
While football, volleyball and cross country practices has officially begun at West Central Valley, the football and volleyball team have their first taste of unofficial action scheduled for Friday, August 22nd. Both Wildcat teams find themselves in Madrid on Friday night to face off against the Tigers.
The Wildcat volleyball team competes first, with their Gatorade Scrimmage scheduled for 6:30pm on Friday night. The Wildcat football team is scheduled to follow the volleyball scrimmage, with the Wildcat football team facing off against the Tigers on the grid iron on Friday night starting at 7pm. The Wildcat varsity football squad will play in the first half with the rest of the team playing in the second. There will be no special teams used during the football scrimmage.
The public is invited to cheer on both Wildcat teams, with the entry fee for both events being a Gatorade or sports drink to enter.
