The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday.

The board will consider for approval a couple of items relating to meeting procedures and accessibility. The first pertains to putting the agenda and packet information on the Dallas County webpage, and the second is for a quote about the capabilities to record meetings in the board and conference rooms.

Other items on the agenda seeking approval include construction testing and inspection recommendations for the evidence storage building and firing range, along with a vehicle purchase for the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, a resolution for the proposed county supervisor redistricting map, and an Iowa Workforce Development parking lot use request.

Additional items on the agenda up for consideration include resolutions to allow homestead tax credit and a military exemption, appointing members to the Eminent Domain Board, the Board of Health, and the Board of Adjustment, and setting a time and date for a public hearing for a Pitney Bowes Postage Meter Lease.

The meeting is open to the public and is taking place inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel Tuesday at 9am.
