The Guthrie County Hospital recently received a large donation.

Rose Acre Farms donated $50,000 to the hospital, to support the upgrade of their existing helipad. Chief Executive Officer Chris Stipe says that the donation will be a major help to ensure they are equipped for the most efficient and effective emergency response possible. He adds that the project will include updating the lighting, enhancing structural components, and improving pathways between the hospital and helipad for emergency personnel and equipment. GCH hopes to break ground on the project in the winter of this year.
