Bluejay soccer has been on quite a roll the last few years.  Perry has qualified for the State Tournament in two of the last three years.  Part of that success is continuing their athletic careers for Simpson College.  Anthony Chavez will be suiting up for the Red Storm for his junior campaign while Jonathan Barrios-Munoz will be a sophomore.

Both guys will be searching for larger roles as they are one year older.  Chavez had the most success last year scoring one goal while playing in nine matches.  Barrios-Munoz only saw the pitch a handful of times.

Simpson is coming off an 8-9-2 year.  The Red Storm play at Buxton Stadium in Indianola.  The fall season opens on August 29 as Simpson College hosts Augustana.
