Football season is closing in, as Adel-DeSoto-Minburn is hosting a scrimmage versus Johnston on Friday for a chance to examine both sides of the ball.

The Tigers will be welcoming the Dragons into Adel, as they traveled to Johnston last season. ADM’s squad features 21 seniors, including left-handed Quarterback Hudson Shull who threw for 1363 yards and 13 touchdowns during the 2024 season. He’s looking to lead the Tigers to the UNI-Dome for a hopeful late postseason push. ADM concluded last season with a 8-3 record, as they fell 32-25 to Lewis Central in the Class 4A Quarterfinals. For Friday’s game, the varsity takes the field at Tiger Stadium at 7pm and admission requires one sports drink per person.
