Bryan Rico Alvarez, age 26, 917 31st St, Des Moines, was issued a Summons To Appear for Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for No Valid Drivers License.
Andrew Irons, age 29, 1208 Davis St, Dexter, was arrested for Operate Without Interlock and Driving While License Denied Or Revoked. He was also cited for Operation Without Registration Card and Driving While License Under Suspension.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
