Registration is now open for 6U-8U Soccer with the Perry Parks and Recreation Department.

Recreation Coordinator Marco Perla acknowledges that normally between 60 and 100 kids register for the fall league. He mentions there are two separate divisions with 6U being children 6 years and under, while 8U is 8 and under. However, Perla details that since it’s an in-house league, kids can move to the different divisions based on their skill level. 

Perla emphasizes that the organization is looking for additional coaches for both divisions, and they can sign up through the registration form, or contact Perla directly by emailing marco.perla@perryia.org or calling the McCreary Community Building at (515)-465-5621. He adds that games will be played starting in October at Perkins Park in Perry, with registration closing at midnight on September 8th. To sign up for the leagues, click here.
