The Adair – Casey / Guthrie Center (AC/GC) School Boards will meet in regular joint session tomorrow night.

The Boards will discuss upcoming dates, including the first day of school on August 25th, no school for the Guthrie County Fair on August 29th, no school for Labor Day on September 1st, and the next regular joint Board meeting on September 17th. The two Boards will then consider for approval the second reading of the board policy for student use of personal electronics, and student handbooks.

Then the AC Board will consider for approval a baseball/softball scoreboard, the first pay application to McKinnis Roofing for the roof replacement project, along with disposal of old roof rock as obsolete equipment and a Denovo facility conditions assessment update. The GC Board will consider for approval a Denovo facility conditions assessment update for their district, along with the stair replacement survey, engineering and construction oversight proposal also by Denovo. The meeting will begin at 7pm in the AC/GC Junior High Media Center.
