The AC/GC Chargers volleyball team is preparing for the 2025 season to start, and have some goals they’d like to accomplish.

Head Coach Caley Vaughan says that the main goal is to improve from last year. She explains that the team went 20-11 last season, taking third in conference play, and that they are proud of that finish, but they would like to go further in postseason play. Vaughan mentions that they fell in regional play to Pleasantville, after having beaten them earlier in the season. She adds that according to Iowa Sports Stats, the team is coming into the season ranked at 13th in Class 2A, so another goal is to not drop in the rankings, moving to higher placements as the season goes on.
