Keith Fuselier, age 23, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Roberta Gillam, age 40, 201 E Vine St, What Cheer, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Georgina Estes, Dexter, was driving south on Hwy 141 at T Ave, when she attempted to make a turn onto T Ave.  She was not able to navigate the turn and collided with a vehicle driven by Darryl Brown, Boone.  All involved parties were checked by EMS and Ms. Estes was transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries.  Mr. Brown’s vehicle sustained an estimated $20,000 damage and was towed from the scene.  Ms. Estes’ vehicle had an estimated $15000 damage and was towed from the scene. Ms. Estes was issued a citation for Failure To Maintain Control.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
