Paton-Churdan volleyball has a new coaching staff in head coach Nikki Uebel and assistant Josh Cerveny. The Rockets return quite a bit of varsity experience, but just two seniors in Madison Roper and Mia Russell.

Russell was asked what she’s seen from the new coaches. “I’ve definitely seen a lot of improvement from last year. They definitely push us harder, but pushing us harder will make us a better team. We are definitely stronger and faster than last year.” Russell added she sees potential in the 2025 Rockets.

P-C opens the regular season at home on Tuesday, Aug. 26 in Churdan vs. non-conference opponent Collins-Maxwell.
