3:28am: A deputy investigated an abandoned 911 call in the 100 block of Percival Street, Rippey.

5:23am: A deputy removed debris from the roadway on 220th Street and L Avenue.

9:04am: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.

6:20pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 250th Street near N Avenue.

9:56pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 900 block of Cedar Street, Scranton.

10:17pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 400 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

Wednesday, August 20th

3:18pm: Roger Ketchum 37 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

3:21pm: A deputy investigated an animal neglect complaint in the 300 block of 150th Street.

6:30pm: A deputy investigated a backing accident on W Avenue near 170th Street. Patricia Powell of Paton was driving a 2015 Buick Verano on W Avenue. Omar Prieto of Ames backed into Powell. Prieto was driving a 2017 GMC Sierra 3500. The estimated damage to the Buick is 4,000 dollars. The estimated damage to the GMC is 2,000 dollars. Prieto was cited for unsafe backing.

8:15pm: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 400 block of East Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
