Jefferson Matters is having a raffle as a fundraiser for an annual event for future years.

Director Matt Wetrich says they have two football tickets that they are raffling off to the University of Iowa and Iowa State University game on September 6th.

“They’re right around close to the 40 yard line, about 26 seats up, incredible seats. Thanks to Home State Bank for that as well, they’re incredible seats. It’d be something around $700 a piece. So you’re all said and done your fees, you’re probably $1,500 value.”  

Wetrich states that tickets are one for $30, three for $50 and ten for $100 and can be purchased at the Welcome Center. Tickets will be sold through the CyHawk Tailgate event on Thursday, September 4th, when the drawing will take place and winners do not need to be present. Proceeds from the raffle go to sustain the CyHawk Tailgate event for future years.
