Perry football will get their first chance to hit another team tonight as they travel to Greenfield for a scrimmage.  The Wolverines and Bluejays will meet at 7P at the NV High School Football Stadium.

Perry has spent the last two weeks practicing against themselves.  This will be the first opportunity to put on the pads for live reps against another team.  Nodaway Valley hasn’t found much success the last few years.  The Wolverines are winless in their last 25 tries dating back four seasons.  This evenings contest won’t count in the record book, but it could help both teams get off to a strong start when the regular season begins.

The Bluejays are still deciding who the starting quarterback will be and after tonight Coach Josh Vannornam could make up his mind.  Kickoff is set for 7P for the scrimmage in Greenfield for Perry.
