Kaedon Shivers, age 23, 625 Irving St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

April Beechum, age 52, 774 NE Macey Way, Waukee, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.  She was also cited for Failure To Use Headlamps When Required.

Carrie Stein, Guthrie Center, was traveling on Hwy 44 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000.

Aug. 23rd

Juan Salas, age 44, 13853 E. Richthofen Circle, Aurora, Co, was arrested Violation Of No Contact Order and Provide False Identification Information.

Aug. 24th

A juvenile driver, Van Meter, was driving on R16 when the driver attempted to turn onto Richland Circle and ended up in the ditch.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
