A Celebration of Life for Patricia Fern Neel, 90, of Perry, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 5, 2025, at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home – Perry Chapel, with visitation beginning one hour prior at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Violet Hill Cemetery in Perry.
