Farhoud Golafshan, Des Moines, was driving a City of Waukee car in the 1500 block of SE Waco Pl.  He was stopped at a traffic light and backed up to get into another lane.  In doing so, he collided with a vehicle driven by Hannah Stanley, Red Oak.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $1500 to the City of Waukee car and Ms. Stanley has an estimated $1500 damage.

Justin Starr, age 39, 601 Brown St, Guthrie Center, was arrested for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability, Driving While Barred and Fraudulent Use Of Registration.

Jessica Pydynkowski, age 40, 1232 E Dale St, Springfield, Mo, was arrested for being a Fugitive From Justice.

William Love, age 56, 18488 E. Ave Dawson, was arrested on a warrant for Dominion/Control Of Firearm By Felon.

Raymond Craig, age 38, 221 Summit Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Tyrek Harden, age 30, 310 88th St, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Kenneth Walker, age 59, 4940 NE 14th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
