A vital piece of equipment for the Panorama High School auditorium was approved by the School Board in their August meeting.

Superintendent Kasey Huebner says that the old control board in the auditorium stopped working at the end of last school year, meaning that lights could no longer be finely controlled to dim or brighten certain spots. He mentions that basically all that could happen was the lights could be turned on and off, which would be problematic when there are events with guest speakers, or fine arts performances that would need those capabilities. Huebner explains that the Board approved the purchase of a new console from Theatrical Media Services for $10,546.22.
