Guthrie County Fair Board member Tyler Carney shares what the Grandstand event for the night is
“Our biggest crowd, the last few years, has been the Figure-8 Races. And I guess people like to or really enjoy coming to the fairgrounds and hearing the loud engines and seeing the dirt fly and just the dirt track races.”
Carney mentions that registration for the races is from 4-6:15pm, with the races to begin at 7pm. There is a car/driver entry fee of $35, and pit pass for $10. No coolers are allowed in the pit area or Grandstand, and any questions about the races or their rules can be directed to Joe Vais at 712-304-0876.
