On Friday, the West Central Valley Wildcats traveled to Greenfield to face off against the Nodaway Valley Wolverines for week one of the 2025 football season. Colton Lindsay would help lead the Wildcats towards success, steamrolling past the Wolverines 40-0.

Lindsay would have a stellar day on both sides of the ball. The quarterback would end with two passing touchdowns to Garret Wolfe, a rushing touchdown, and he would take an interception to the house for a pick six. Jarel Madison would have a rushing touchdown, and Wyatt McKibbin would also have an interception that would be taken in for six more points.

The Wildcats picked up a decisive 40-0 victory over Nodaway Valley and now shift their focus to their next opponent, the Grand View Christian Thunder.
