The Perry City Council will meet in regular session tomorrow.

The council will hold three separate public hearings on proposed development agreements with JBS Prepared Foods Incorporated, M&R Properties Iowa LLC, and A.D.R. Axles USA Incorporated. Following the public hearings, the council will then look to take action to adjourn consideration on the agreement with A.D.R. Axles USA Incorporated, then resolutions to approve the development agreements with JBS Prepared Foods Incorporated and M&R Properties Iowa LLC to authorize the annual appropriation tax increment payments.

Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a resolution to accept the Economic Development Assistance contract between JBS USA Food Company, the City of Perry, and Iowa Economic Development Authority; a resolution on an amendment to the RISE Grant Application and authorizing an additional local match, accepting a grant agreement from the Federal Aviation Administration for the Parallel Taxiway Reconstruction Improvements Project, a resolution to accept an additional extension to the currently extended employment agreement with City Administrator Sven Peterson, and a resolution to set a date and time for a Safety/Employee Appreciation Day.

The meeting will be held inside the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry tomorrow evening at 6pm.
