The Dallas County Hospital is being recognized for the extraordinary work done in their Advanced Wound Care Department.

Public Relations of Marketing and Foundation Director Tom Harmsen tells Raccoon Valley Radio that DCH’s Advanced Wound Care Department received the Clinical Distinction and Excellence in Patient Satisfaction Awards from RestorixHealth. He notes that awards honor wound centers that have demonstrated exceptional success clinical benchmarks and superior performance in overall patient satisfaction. 

Harmsen is happy to see the staff celebrated and says their goal is to coordinate traditional and advanced therapies that aid and accelerate the healing process. The Dallas County Advanced Wound Care is located inside DCH, 610 10th Street, in Perry and is open Mondays from 8am-3pm or by calling (515)-465-7533.
