Lily Myers and Ivan Willet each medaled to lead Perry Cross Country at Woodward-Granger on Tuesday.

The Bluejays placed 4th in the team meet.  Perry was led by Willett who placed 10th (20:50.2) and Edward Steil in 11th (21:59.0).

On the girl’s side, Myers claimed her second 4th place finish in as many meets.  The junior ran a 23:35.8 5K.

Woodward-Granger and Saydel tied in the boy’s meet while West Marshall won the girl’s event.

Coach Nathan Krohn mentioned Jester Park was a tough course.  He applauded the grit of the team and is looking forward to seeing the team improve.

Quick turnaround for Perry runners who will be at Grant Woods Park in Madrid tomorrow.
