Coach Nikki Uebel’s Paton-Churdan volleyball team was in non-conference action last night vs. Manson-Northwest Webster in Manson. P-C lost by scores of 9-25, 17-25, 9-25, and now stand at 1-2 in matches and 4-6 in sets. This was the only match this week for the Rockets. The Cougars improved to 3-1 on the season.

Coach Uebel told Raccoon Valley Radio the Rockets fell in three very hard matches. “We were very strong on the net with two blocks each for Mia Russell, Kaliyah Minnihan, Alivya Smith, and Edynn Smith. Our defense was great!” Minnihan and the Smith sisters each had five digs, with Ella Tasler at four and Russell recorded three. Holly Miller and Tasler each had a pair of ace serves while Russell, Alivya Smith, and Minnihan each recorded two kills.
