Hogen Cluney, Des Moines was driving on T Ave at Hwy 141, when he struck a vehicle that was legally stopped at the stop sign driven by Douglas Steele, Anita.  No injuries were reported and damage to Mr. Steele’s vehicle was estimated at $15000.  Damage to the vehicle Mr. Cluney was operating was estimated at $10000.  Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Hogen Cluney, age 39, 820 Lyon St, Des Moines, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence, Operate Vehicle Without Owners Consent, Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance and Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability.

Traci Zamarron, age 55, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Annette Hawkins, age 37, 605 4th St, Ankeny, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Tatem Rees, age 24, 1518 Jefferson St, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
