September has started, and returning 4-H members and potential new members have an important task to undertake.

Adair County Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Youth Coordinator Caroline Savage says that with the start of the month, the new 4-H year has begun. She mentions that members will need to register before they can take part in any club events. Savage explains that individuals will need to do this by going to 4-H Online.
