The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Volleyball Team won three of their scheduled five matches on Thursday, taking their first losses in a home tournament in Adel to reach 11 wins.

ADM hosted Woodward-Granger, Nevada, Des Moines Christian, Gilbert, and Norwalk, finishing the night with a 3-2 record. The Tigers defeated the Hawks in three sets (21-12, 16-21, 15-6), then had their first loss of the year against the Cubs in three sets (21-18, 17-21, 12-15), then beat the Lions in two sets 22-20 and 24-22, then nabbed another victory versus the Gilbert Tigers 21-17 and 21-11, before dropping their final game of the night to Norwalk in two sets (17-21 and 15-21).

ADM is still off to an 11-2 start and will next play on Tuesday on the road in Carroll at 7pm.
