The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet twice tomorrow morning.
The Board will hear an update from the Jefferson City Administrator and then at 9am will be a public hearing for a Community Development Block Grant for the Paton-Churdan Early Learning Center new building project.
Following that will be several drainage district items, as the Board will act as the Drainage District Board of Trustees. The items that they will consider for approval include appointing an engineer to review a proposed Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship Wetland with a joint drainage district, a 28E agreement with IDALS and the Board of Trustees, invoice payments to AgriVia for engineering services in August and September for Drainage District 20, and invoice payments to a contractor who did the repair work in the district.
The meeting will be held in-person and remotely at 8:30am from the boardroom of the Greene County Courthouse in Jefferson. Those who want to access the meeting remotely, must click here to register before being allowed into the meeting on Zoom.
