Joni Hunley, age 53, 4025 12th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Violation Of Probation.
Keith Murphy, age 56, 12426 Linden Rd, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Sept. 6
Billy Heinkel, Perry, was driving in the 20000 block of H Ave when he lost control of the vehicle and went into the ditch. No injuries were reported and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10000. The vehicle will be towed from the scene at a later time.
A juvenile driver was on in the 30000 block of T Ave when the driver swerved to miss a deer in the road and lost control, rolling the car into a ditch on it’s top. The driver did not report any injuries and damage was estimated at $8000. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Sept. 7
Dillon Steward, 2185 NW 159th, Clive, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Christopher Garton, age 52, 419 S. 11th Str., Adel, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.
Vicki Victor, Fremont, NE, was traveling on I 80 near the 102 mile marker, when she slowed for traffic in front of her. When she slowed, a vehicle driven by Nathaniel Ferneau, Treynor, collied with Ms. Victor’s car. No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Victor’s car was estimated at $1500 and was able to be driven from the scene. Damage to Mr. Ferneau’s car was estimated at $10000 and was towed from the scene.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
