Adel-DeSoto-Minburn junior swimmer Finlee Burns represented well at Tuesday’s meet in Pleasant Hill.

The Waukee Warriors, who ADM partners with for swimming and diving, competed at Southeast Polk High School on Tuesday, where they defeated the Rams 126-60 and improved to 8-0 on the year. Tiger junior Finlee Burns captured two 1st place finishes in the 100 Yard Breaststroke and the 100 Yard Freestyle. 

ADM senior Emma Popp got 2nd place in the 100 Yard Breaststroke, then both girls were apart of the champion 200 Freestyle Relay team. For diving, Tiger senior Eliza Schmidt finished 4th. The Warriors will next be in action at the Linn-Mar Aquatic Center on Saturday at 9am.
