12:34pm: A deputy assisted with cattle out in the 1500 block of U Avenue.

1:02pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1000 block of Main Street, Scranton.

4:38pm: A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 600 block of South 13th Street, Grand Junction.

7:24pm: Brittany Smith 38 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana 1st offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tuesday, September 9th

2:00am: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Sunset Street, Grand Junction.

5:01am: Ryan Brown was booked into the jail for a Guthrie County arrest warrant.

7:02am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident on 170th Street near T Avenue Phyllis Minnehan of Churdan struck a deer with a Toyota Crown Limited causing an estimated 1,000 dollars damage.

7:08am:A deputy conducted a welfare check on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
