Rusty Lewis, age 38, 3303 SE 22nd St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Amy Hofbauer, Coon Rapids was traveling east on 240th St when a truck driven by Cooper Patterson, Williams, AZ, pulled into the intersection from W Ave and collided with Ms. Hofbauer. All parties were checked by EMS but declined transport to hospital. Damage to Ms. Hofbauer’s vehicle was estimated at $15000. Damage to Mr. Patterson’s truck was estimated at $20000. Mr. Patterson was cited for Failure To Obey Stop Sign And Yield Right Of Way.
Kayla Fincham, Ames, was driving north on N Ave a vehicle driven by Esther Wekesa, Waukee, entered the highway and collided with Ms. Fincham. No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Fincham’s car was estimated at $3000 and was towed from the scene and damage to Ms. Wekesa’s car was estimated at $2000. Ms. Wekesa was able to drive away from the scene.
Mason Harestad, age 38, 261 NW Greenway Pl, Waukee, was arrested for Contempt-Violation Of No Contact Order. He was also cited for Driving While License Under Suspension and Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.
Sept. 10th
Fredy Espinoza-Flores, age 23, 1012 Otley Ave, Perry, was arrested for being a Fugitive From Justice. He was also arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Leo Hanson, age 20, 5716 Wistful Vista Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.
Chantelle Dudley, age 32, 4945 NW Piekenbrock Drive, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.
Kolby Dirks, Grimes, was legally parked at a residence in Minburn, when his vehicle was struck by an unknown person in a truck. Mr. Dirks tried to stop the person from leaving the scene and his vehicle was struck again before the unknown person fled. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $15000. The investigation is ongoing.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
