Sept. 11th

Randy Comstock, age 57, 4750 NW 52nd St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Theft 2nd Degree and Burglary 3rd Degree.

Stephen Wicks, Granger, was driving a school bus in the 900 block of S Main in Woodward, when a vehicle driven by Daniela Ramirez, Perry, pulled out of a business driveway and collided with the bus.  No injuries were reported and damage to the bus was estimated at $1000.  Damage to Ms. Ramirez’s vehicle was estimated at $4000.  Both vehicles were driven from the scene.  Ms Ramirez was issued a citation for Failure To Yield Right Of Way.

Rodieja Walls, age 28, 210 S. 41st St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
